Finally a nice day!

We finally had a fairly nice day today! It was just too bad I was inside the entire day studying for the 2 exams I have tomorrow and didn't get to enjoy it. Jon was out there as soon as he got home working on stuff around the yard. He just finally came inside :) I think it was nice for him to get out there and do some work after having all of this rain. Not too much else to report! Just been very busy trying to keep up with school. I have 26 days and 9 exams until the end of the semester! Hope everyone has a great weekend.

12 1/2 weeks!!!

We finally hit the 12 week mark we've been waiting so patiently for! We still technically have until this Friday before we are out of the first trimester, but it was nice to hit 12 weeks. My tummy is starting to show and I feel like I'm just fat most of the time, but I'm sure there's a baby in there somewhere! Jon has been working hard to try and get things done around the house before baby gets here. We are having new gutters put on in 2 weeks and we ripped all of the old outdoor carpet off of the front stoop and are replacing it. Before the summer is over we'd also like to replace all of our indoor carpet as it is in very poor condition. I am getting close to the end of my first year at DMU and am getting very excited for a break! I can't believe how quickly this year has gone. It has been a pretty stressful year, but I feel like I finally got the hang of things and am managing a little bit better this semester. Jon is enjoying the nice weather and has been spending tons of time working outside and disc golfing. Hopefully in about 4 weeks I can join him out there lol. We hope everyone else is doing well!
